I think you're not seeing what's right in front of you. For the past year, a reliable, well funded and experienced partner examined the project, to essentially determine if it was profitable. They have concluded that it is not, so if you ignore that, it's at your detriment.

I think the VAL board will struggle to raise again without giving away the farm. Short of the price of Cu going through the roof short term, it's safe to conclude from KEX walking that the project is not viable at current commodity prices, and most likely, long term forecast prices, which I'm sure would have been considered by KEX. Sorry to all holders, but in my opinion, this appears to be dunzo.
