Bergen held convertible Notes, so they didn't need to provide Substantial Shareholder Notices. It's worth noting, they have another $500k they could convert, but I'm sure they don't expect to even unload the 47 Million shares they were just given (for $200k), so it's not worth converting the remaining $500k.
I'm sure they are expecting to lose their whole investment, so they are probably happy to have flogged off 9 Million shares today, however that's only $36k, so they have a long way to go.
