This sounds like an ultimatum. It's good to see BKY makes some meaningful moves recently, rather than just wait. Happy to see the board playing tough.
BKY also mentioned about Spain's intention (rumour) to withdraw from Energy Charter Treaty (ECT). Anyone heard about this and any comments?
