Hate playing devils advocate here but what makes this such a good decision? I've done no research than what's in this and recent announcements but I don't see a strong ability to achieve future growth based on 6 years experience in a chemical company. What the company needs is someone truly passionate about the brand, product's and the industry. Hopefully Bert will be the one to achieve this, I'll wait and see..
