These were my rough calcs:
BEZ paid AUD $500k to acquire a 0.72% stake in the asset, which values it at $69.4m.
If you divide that by BEZ approx 418m SOI, you get an equivalent "shareprice valuation" of 16.6cps that they've paid to acquire this stake
