    Agree, but the poster said "no revenue at all" and RAP usually spend $1.5M a quarter, it was double that last quarter due to much higher R&D for COVID-19 and corporate expense for the T/O so they will have fund for only this quarter after paying the $1.2M bid fee so will need to do a CR straight away next quarter, hence they need $700K bridging loan for this quarter.
