There are two reasons for this delay.
Both are aimed stacking the 50% head count, which they obviously aren't currently confident will go their way.
- Use fear to change existing no votes to yes.
- Give them more time to contact small shareholders who probably wouldn't have bothered voting at all, to rustle up more yes votes.
The BOD has NO integrity.
