That's right. It's laughable that they announced the offer of this loan, last minute, on the eve of the vote. Would they 'need' this cash injection if the yes vote was successful? This is simply (imho) a blatant scare tactic to try and swing some no votes to yes. If they monitor hc, which is what many of us believe, they would know that many shareholders aren't afraid of a capital raise if Pfizer walks.
