The BOD only need a cash raise as there is no money in the bank to pay their wage.

Normally you have to have revenue to pay wages.

If you are a company owner/director - pay this bills first, pay the subcontractors second, put aside what you need to run and promote the company,
lastly ensure you have funds to cover the next 6 months.

It appears to me that the greedy BOD don't give a toss about this, and want their dosh prior to anything else.

Get s/h to pay or Pfizer on a loan promise.
