    It’s in the detail. Pfizer just said:

    „…will not increase its offer under the SID“

    So if it‘s hopefully a ‚no‘ they can/will make a normal offer on the market.

    Pfizer still keeps all the options open and just tries to scare SH into a ‘Yes’… read between the lines and be smart!
