    Of course they could. Could easily be covered by a SPP even (but at what CR price??). I think the BOD has run out of puff/ideas/and backed up against the wall with need for urgent funds, and of course Pfizer don't want RAP to end up insolvent....but I too don't like the Pfizer get out clause.... dot point 5 under Bridging Loan.
