Pfizer always had the ability of first negotiation rights of any commercial deal. They may be close to signing and offered capital to push additional required data validation through before closing a deal.
Why else would Pfizer provide additional runway for a company they will fail to fully acquire.
the data is owned by Resapp but the revenue of the commercial opp would be shared.
