I think this will have to end up with the ASX TO Panel for determination, either voluntarily per their duty or under an Application from Nord.

We all agreed this Ghana offer looked, walked and quacked like a dummy bid for the purpose of voiding SG's B&F lock. Whether or not it legally constitutes a valid bid acceptable to the ASX is the question imo. I can't see how Nord can claim that $1.05 is not superior to $1.... conditions of 50.1% acceptance and FIRB approval be damned. I wonder what SG are really thinking lol
