Ann: Best Buy US Expansion for LIFX, page-27

My understanding is it has to be disclosed as price sensitive due to people’s interpretation of the Ann ie, positive or negative which could influence buying or selling . Purely an ASX requirement .IMHO Given these are very early days post acquisition we don’t know the details of who got this deal done but I would expect it was LifX Mngmt given how they have grown the company . I think given these two companies are supposedly run separately but under the Buddy banner that Marc Alexander should be making or wording these Ann if that’s not the case!. I’m not expecting anything this 4c , more patience required , still early day start up Co even tho it feels like it’s taking forever !!!. Having said all that feel we are heading in the right direction and mngmt not sitting on their hands in any way and things are warming up.
