1. Another raise makes the situation a disaster and may take years to come back from.

2. Slowly roll into administration.

Likely no1 which is still a disaster.

I think some need to look at facts instead of LIFX. The company is still in a questionable position, extremely tight spot. No idea of LIFX position in a cash flow perspective and we have no idea on big deals for OHM, we can count out traction now that won't cut the mustard. So what is DM saying by not dropping the revenue guidance, it has to be some are in play or waiting for the correct time to announce we won't make it. With six to eight months to go he would have a fair idea by now.

By the way it's not fear or anxiety this is the situation. We need news to start flowing in or we could see another raise and it won't be small, all IMO.

effectively we need to short term double the needs of lifx demand so they can start shipping by sea, so will be even more of a cash burn there.

Would be nice to know where that money comes from and how much
