It has had two closes in the past above this level:

1 Week after IPO: closed at .495 with an intra-week high of 0.5 on similar volume to today.

June 2011 - Spiked up to a high of 0.53 and closed again at 0.495.

so 0.5 and 0.53 are resistances going forward and if it can close above 0.5 tomorrow that would be extremely bullish indeed.
