I agree great announcement meaning the entry to Macau/hk is massive I agree 100% on that
But this is like dilution to current holders IMO, it's a pretty high price to pay to enter these controlled markets
BFC owning 49% of the split seems rather low to me IMO
This is just my opinion, great deal but could be better for holders IMO
At the end it's net profit attributed to shareholders is all I care about when investing long term
