Time will tell if this is a good move for BFC, my initial reaction is that it's positive.

BFC has just gained another entry point in a market they weren't in. Let Sunwah do all the hard work of distributing to hotels, restaurants, etc. They have all the connections in southern China, and connections and networks in China is make or break to being successful in selling your products. All BFC need to do is produce the Lobster (which they are doing already anyway), and provide product info occasionally.

Southern China is very big on lobster and seafood. Every Chinese New Year family gathering we've had in HK has included lobster and seafood. Live seafood is consumed everyday everywhere in HK, Macau and southern China.
