In the scheme of things (assuming holders had applied for the maximum) a $4,500 differential between the SPP price & prevailing SP is immaterial if you believe where the medium /LT price is heading. I have not seen too many stocks conducting a CR where the prevailing SP sits 15% above the CR offering - despite certain posters saying where the price would decline to. This is indeed testament to prevailing sentiment, potential opportunity, quality of management & the reasons behind the CR. Even if they were so inclined, the many holders disposing of their miserly allocation are not going to move the SP downwards. Onwards & upwards IMO.
