yeah that's the only thing I noticed when I first read, but then reading in detail today it says it has to be received. a bit annoying, I paid at 5 last night, but my bank has 4pm cutoff. I paid some money off my credit card at same time and that has yet to arrive. may have missed it, just depends on your bank I guess
