One can safely assume that no share holder registered prior to the SPP record date 30 November is going to sell their shares [ currently $0.70c] to re-purchase at the SPP price of $0.60c.
With the Company stipulating $10million to be raised, quite obvious at this stage it will be heavily oversubscribed............................last thing anyone would want is to reduce their holdings using the previous scenario................interesting to see how the Company do their cut back.

Somebody can have my share as I will not be buying, for one reason only have no moulla left
