Would be more inclined to think it’s someone trying to hold the price down and pickup some cheaper shares. Only have to look back a week when the SP was stagnant at 12.5c and plenty of opportunity to sell at higher than current price and has been a large parcel dumped at 13c on the sell side for that same amount of time. Half the time you put in a buy order and the sell side moves automatically.
