If I'm reading the offer correctly than all of the raising is essentially allocated and 'spent' already so our cash reserves will be the unrestricted $9.8m + whatever free cash flow that gets generated this quarter. Hopefully won't be many quarters before we have much healthier reserves where raising's like this are a thing of the past. Hopefully.
