When Betmakers bought Sportech, it was done on a combined group proforma revenue of about $56 million and EBIT of about $7-8 million from memory. So there is at least $8 million in EBIT hiding in their somewhere.
With revenue having grown to currently $95 million, I expect a lot more EBIT will show up after the cost and streamline process is completed.
