    Maybe 10:1 share consolidation down to 259,797,168 shares & $16.80 SP equivalent in future. Or 5:1 to 519,594,336 shares & $8.40 SP.

    BET $1.365B MC at $1.68 SP + $4B acquisition = $5.365B MC combined.
