If you were a TAH shareholder and saw upside potential for it's business both in Australia and abroad (based on what the Entain Australia CEO is saying), why would you sell to cash and see all the upside go to other shareholders. He seems to be contradicting himself... At least with the BET offer you'll still own a part of it.
