cant argue with idiots but i'll try too

1) how are they paying $4 billion for TAH when they are only worth $1 billion (that's right, you guessed it, massive dilution)

2) value received from TAH assets will be paid through issue of SHARES which means a huge $3 to $4 BILLION (thats 9 zeros) of dilution?????

3) they are worth 1 billion and are essentially a MINUS 3 billion dollar company after this transaction. BUT they can issue unlimited shares which means shareholders get the short end of the stick. shares will be diluted into oblivion to pay for this mess
