You have no idea about DILUTION!!!

The TAH $3 billion in shares comes with $3 billion worth of value to BET. Answer no dilution just moving value from 1 business to the next. The only cost to BET is the $1 billion payment so that TAH can pay off their debts. This could cost BET Dilution if we sell of the debt in future CR, which would Dilute the shares or we setup a debt facility to pay off the debt while the new acquisition is making money to pay it off. This would mean no dilution at all.
