You obviously didn't read my post properly. Yes, cash is an asset, however it can be expensed, you can't expense an tangible or intangible asset unless it's through depreciation or amortisation. I do realise it, you just love the term dilution... Yes, there is dilution, however there is also an asset brought onto the balance sheet, have you ever heard of double entry accounting?
