Again, I feel like a broken record, yes there is dilution, but there is also a business being brought onto the balance sheet. Hope this is simple enough for you to understand. There are tangible assets, but there is also something called intangible assets which aren't captured until a PPA is complete. You should do some research, you may learn something that will help you with your studies
