re: Ann: Beyondie Acquisition - Variation to ... The company has ALWAYS said they were confident of the deal going through. Not sure where the conjecture has come from to the contrary.
Of course there is a process to go through including FIRB approval and JV finalisation, but I can't think of one single event (other than a pushback in time) to warrant any consternation so far.
Another couple of weeks is harldy going to be a worry for long term investors.
