Great quarterly.
The CMIC deal is basically finalised. In the next 6 months there's going to be:
1. Initial DSO resource
2. Magnetite resource upgrade
3. News about progressing the other base metals operations
4. Hopefully some information about port/rail access
5. Potential shortening of timeframe to production now we have DSO!
They are running low on cash at the moment but about $5m in oppies still outstanding for conversion by September (they will definitely be converted IMO).
Also the debt deal is on very good terms; repayable after 6 years out of earnings.
I'm looking for negatives and the transport issue appears to be the burning issue. Progress on this front will re-rate the stock IMO.
