Seems unlikely to me.
For 15 Kt per qtr. recovery of 9% will require 167kt of KTMS per qtr. and here we are heading into the cooler months after an amount of rain.

It appears our recovery rate has improved significantly. 1784t from 31400t. 5.68% average, not great but a vast improvement.

would need to know what the ROM stocks are but I suspect they have been cutting back on the throughput until the plant bottlenecks have been removed...
