They wouldn't be throttling back on harvest - if anything they should be taking advantage of summer to harvest maximum KTMS and build a stock pile to feed the plant through winter, those tanks are their saving grace and from what I can read basically the last basket of eggs they are clutching onto, if those conditioning tank trials fail in anyway - that ship will have sailed and they will be broke, I just cant see how they will raise any more capital to continue when they've been banking on these tanks for the past few months to ramp them up into 60kpta.
