Well its a nonsense announcement if they don't tell us what is going on with cash levels. So I presume the 5kt pcm is nonsense too, and they have no idea about that. This looks like it is going to be marginal, and there will be nothing much for shareholders. I'll only take part in any placement if the royalties are cashed in - this is too marginal to afford those, and have shareholders receive anything IMO.
