    I am out they had literally ticked off the commissioning of the flotation back at the end of November , and now it is an issue , this is upstream from the centrifuge which was the issue back then (as I had predicted prior ) .
    If they can not get flotation sorted (which has been done on other metals for around 100 years ) how in the hell are they going to get centrifuging sorted .
