Comparing FMG to Kalium is like comparing apple's with orange's. FMG nearly went broke in 2013 and then again in 2015, their share price dropped to record lows and they made 100's if not 1000's of employees redundant. They only survived due to the debt restructure and the false construction boom in China and the world.
When people make comparisons with Andrew Forrest and FMG they fail to mention his other major project, the one that failed, Anaconda. Mineral processing is totally different to the very basic crush and ship method of iron ore.
Yes leadership is needed but knowledge and experience is the key and Kalium has that.
