Why raise capital for a future expansion when you can fund that future expansion with cash flows from the plant? The excuse at the time was the Germans were on site (to which I questioned), but I suspected that the money would be used to bring the current plant to nameplate production. I think this recent announcement which reveals all these issues goes a step forward to reinforce my suspision. I think it is likely another cap raise is on the way, better that I guess than lenders knocking at the door like over at S04.

would they borrow money to fix a plant that has garuntees on it ? doesn't make any sense. Can understand everyone being nervous after so4 which is reflected in the share price action no doubt. Would be pretty typical to get a bounce off lows in coming sessions when market realises the SP has over corrected
