He said the plant was exceeding expectations in all areas and did mention they will take as long as it needs to have it operating right.

These statements make a lot of sense when reading this announcement, sounds like they are under playing everything and will let the production speak for itself.

But why understate better just say it how it is - no understatement or promotion either but I am not a lawyer .
In the announcement it stated some bores were breaking down , be interesting to know what that meant
