    At 7cents? I highly doubt they will be doing a cap raise that cheap considering they're suspended at 31cents. If negotiations are happening that cheap their investors would be baffled and furious. The reason they're suspended is to stop a price drop so they can get funding at the suspended price, it will be around 20-30% in my opinion. At the worst the 20-25c range.
