Well if Smoothy is to be believed (admittedly somewhat difficult) the Beyondie process was on the cusp of a breakthrough and shortly thereafter onto nameplating before (apparently) being forced into receivership.
It really will be an absolute disgrace if all that's left is scrap value.
Big ouch for RWD paying caretaker fees, 250k, EO fees, months of time and effort.
Is it really so difficult to raise ~$20M to aquire an asset with near $400M spent on it? Something is fishy as hell.
