What CR? Yesterday's announcement said: "Discussions with financiers in connection with the revised production ramp-up schedule and funding
requirements are advancing well, assisted by financial adviser, Cutfield Freeman and Co."
And . . . . "The senior lenders remain supportive of the
project and are working with the Company towards a refinancing solution to allow the liquidity facility to be
drawn down and to facilitate the continued success of Kalium Lakes."
It sounds to me like they are looking to refinance not an SPP. So, those of you looking for cheap shares in a CR are likely to be disappointed. But that doesn't seem to stop the non-holders beating the same old drum. Having said that, I'd be happy to purchase at a lower SP, if offered. There on't be any CR unless the business plan is deemed to have merit so at these prices it would be a steal.
