A positive announcement wont come as a surprise for me. There are other much better ways of raising finance without doing a dumb CR. I mentioned banks are a possibility in a recent post but there are other ways also. Affected retailers unable to secure SOP supplies could also step up to the plate. KLL has good management IMHO to facilitate these matters.
