Absolutely disgraceful.

Has there ever been such ridiculous spin as saying "we want to give existing holders the ability to profit from the share price being below where we think it should be"?

Raising $3 million when the project it is supposedly for is going to cost $10 million????

And, once again, the sole aim of this board of directors is to increase the asset base of the company without the slightest regard for profits.

It smells of the company running out of cash and needing $3 million to stay afloat for a while. The only way I would ever consider investing more in this crooked company is if BPAM were to be totally removed at no cost to the remaining shareholders.
