BFC can now see that they can not offload the useless BRANDLOK and old OZIRIS technologies. Note that NO SALES of these were achieved over the last 6 years. Old DDT board was considering the merger just for it's own benefit and personal benefit of BFC chairman, not the benefit of the shareholders. Good riddance.
