They will NOT step aside.To much money for them is at stake, plus safe jobs for the coming years. Until they spend all the money they get for sale of microdots that is.
Also their ego will not allow it. The directors are "professional" directors (all lawyers) and it would not look good on their resume IF THEY STEP DOWN. They can justify failure of a company, blaming it on all sort of aspects. The CEO is just absolute beyond incompetent. So many years at the helm and no clients, no technology, no improvements - NOTHING. It is a disgrace. BUT he is drawing his salary and as far as he is concerned screw the shareholders. Anyone with any self reflection would step down long time ago.
