Let's all hope so. I think they may be cautious, which is a good thing, because H2 last year was such an increase and there might be a general softening on finance coming into 2019.
We are already seeing housing topping out and I will be waiting for the latest BIS Sharpnel reports on housing starts. If other finance starts to tighten up due to the bank royal commission, will that have a bearing on H2?
