It's under written so no all the benefit goes to the under writer.
As they are renounceable the rights will trade for a short period, you will be able to buy more if you like although it's unlikely to be cheaper than buying the shares once you buy the rights & convert.
Selling period 5th June to 19th June so between those dates.
Ticker will be something like 'BFGO' & appear in your broker account sometime around 5th June.
