You're 100% right.. the board would have seen the writing on the wall within a month or 2.. but I guess they're getting paid too much to do the responsible thing.. just wait for a semi-plausible excuse for investors putting their funds elsewhere.
Do they expect the shareholders to believe they don't monitor outflows or numbers monthly?.. I call major B.S.
Small investors left holding the bag, if they held faith in the company after the austrac announcement.
I look forward to hearing about some heads rolling...
