Just my 2cents but I felt when she asked him about the international investor, he baulked at it with a generic lithium sector response. Trying to join some dots but GXY is due to announce an off take deal for their SDV brine deposit as they have been short listing clients for some tIme now. Was down to half a dozen at last glance, wondering if it's Daimler?
Otherwise his response could just be text book media training to divert attention away from AUZ/SKI when he's actually got half a sniff of what'll transpire. As someome else pointed out, I feel insider info leaks are rife and between that and coordinated shorting my head is done in.
I'd be happy for either scenario to unfold just to turn around sentiment in the entire mining sector, particularly companies extracting minerals that batteries are comprised of...been a shocking year for producers and specs. Going long, holding strong.
